We will contact all people for feedback who have viewed your property. Our research shows us that the best method for obtaining feedback for a property is to email them as soon as the viewing has finished taking place.
If we receive no response to this, we will send two further follow-up emails asking for feedback.
The feedback request email we send is designed to be as simple as possible to complete. It asks your Viewer to rate your property from 1 to 5 based on 3 criteria, Value, Condition and Location. This is an example of the email we send:
The 'Leave feedback' button takes the Viewer to our eMoov portal where they can leave further details. Once they are on this page we ask them to rate the other 2 areas of feedback.
They are then asked if they would like the opportunity to submit an offer to purchase your property. Additionally, they are able to leave comments that you will be able to view in the eMoov portal.
If they choose to make an offer, they will enter the amount and submit it to our team. They will then be contacted to verify their offer and further details are taken from them on their buying position and financial situation, so that we can ensure they are viable to make that offer.
Once the feedback has been submitted this will be automatically sent to you via email. If we don't receive any feedback from the viewer we will contact them a further two times. It is our experience that if viewers don't respond after this they are not interested in proceeding with the property and are also highly unlikely to leave any constructive feedback.
