A list of essentials needed to create your advert
The performance section gives you an oversight on how your property is performing in terms of the wider market. This information is valuable as it gives an indication of the saleability of the property. It is broken down into four categories, which each give unique insights into the property.
You can use this information to make decisions about making alterations to your advert. If your popularity is declining it may be worth changing the order of your photographs, or purchasing a premium listing for your property which will make your property more visible on Rightmove (see below for examples of properties with a premium listing and without, and the difference this makes to the advert). The advert itself is larger, and it has additional photographs which attract greater attention to the advert.
The popularity card gives you an overview of how popular your property is on Rightmove by telling you how many times your property has appeared in search results. It compares these to the results from last week to give you some insight into whether this is going up or down.
Each appearance is a time that your property has appeared as a result in a search that has been done by someone on the Rightmove website. So for example if someone searches 2 to 4 bedroom properties in CM1 with a 5 mile radius, this will display all properties that match that criteria, your property if it meets these criteria will then count as having shown in a search.

The impact tab provides information on how many people clicked on your property after it was displayed in their search results. This gives you an indication of how highly your advert caught their attention.
As many people use a wide search criteria to look for properties, these numbers are often low, however it is best to maximise your chances by making your advert as appealing as possible as mentioned above.

This shows you how many viewings took place on your property last week, and this week. This allows you at a glance to see if the property is gaining or declining in popularity amongst viewers.
If you click the manage availability, this will take you through to the Viewing availability page, where you can set the viewings availability for your property.
The Feedback Received tab shows the average scores for the feedback you have received from different viewers. This oversight allows you to see what the general opinion of viewers is, and can give greater insight into the saleability of your property.
If you click the view feedback button this will allow you to see all the feedback that has been left on your property, and you can go into the individual feedback cards to view these.
We integrate with Rightmove to collect and feedback this information, as we have found in the majority of cases this is where people are looking at property adverts, and where we receive more enquiries.
