A step-by-step guide to managing your viewings
The manage viewings tab is where you can see what viewing activity you have had and is upcoming on your property.
To make this easier, these can be narrowed down by status. An outline of each status is outlined below:
Feedback is when the viewing has taken place, and the viewer has provided us with feedback.
Pending is a viewing which has been requested but hasn't been confirmed.
Confirmed is a booked in viewing which is still to take place. These can be searched so you can see what viewings you have coming up on your property.
No Show is the status if the viewer did not show up for the viewing.
Cancelled is if the viewing has been cancelled by either party.
Rescheduled is if the viewing has been rearranged by either party, this shows when the viewing would have been and a new card is created for the new viewing time.
Feedback Requested is when we have chased up the viewer for feedback but they haven't yet provided it to us.
Expired is when a viewing has been requested but wasn't confirmed, and the time requested has now passed.
You can also choose to display the viewings within a certain date range, which you can select using the drop down menu shown below.
Viewings can be displayed in two ways either as individual viewings cards, or as a list. to switch between the two views select your preferred option using the tool shown below.
To see additional details on the viewings you can click on the view button, this will take you through to the page for this viewing. From this page you can see additional details about the viewer such as their financial position, do they have a mortgage arranged or are they buying with cash and also their market position, do they need to sell a property or are they sold.
If the viewing has taken place any feedback that was left by the viewer can also be seen in this card.
