There are 2 instances where you may need to change your viewing, either if you are now unable to make the agreed viewing time, or if the Vendor comes back to say that they are unable to make the viewing.
To Change a viewing you will first have to cancel your confirmed viewing see here for info on cancelling your viewing. Once you have cancelled the viewing yourself, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation, this will contain a link to go through to the platform and book another viewing time.
Following this link will take you back through to the property page where you can book another viewing as before (see here for a reminder), by clicking on the book a viewing button.
If the Vendor Cancels
If the Vendor Cancels your viewing you will receive the below email informing you the viewing has been cancelled, and providing the same link to re book the viewing. You will also receive a text just to make sure you got the message ad don't waste your time travelling there for a cancelled viewing.
