What to include in your property advert and final touches
We are required to have ID documents from all of the Vendors, prior to listing a property. This is due to anti-money laundering regulations. Properties are not able to be set live without the relevant ID documents in place.
The Forms of Relevant ID that we require are Primary ID, Secondary ID (proof of address) and proof of ownership. We require Primary and Secondary ID for all named owners selling the property.
Primary ID - to verify your name
Secondary ID - to verify your address - (can not be downloaded copies and must dated within the last 3 months)

How to Upload
You are able to upload the documents by clicking on the 'Edit' button on the Property Owner section.
Once you are in this menu, please scroll to the Customer DD Verification drop-down menu at the bottom of the page. Click the 'Import' button to upload the ID for each Vendor into the relevant sections (Primary ID, Secondary ID, and Proof of Ownership). A list of acceptable documents are listed above.
When uploading the documents, please click the option from below for the relevant type of document you are importing. (Please ignore PEP / Sanction List as this is for internal use).
After clicking on this button it will bring up a link to upload the file from your computer. Ensure you have selected the correct folder on the left-hand side.
Then select the correct file to upload, to the right of this. If you double-click on the passport or driving licence it will then upload this for you.
Repeat the steps above but this time click on the 'Secondary ID' and 'Proof of Ownership' options. Please remember to do this for each named owner of the property.
Once all of your documentation has been uploaded successfully, please let us know so we can verify these documents internally.
