An introduction to viewing a property through Emoov
Find the property you wish to view on our website, select 'More Info' or 'Book Viewing'.
Once you're on the property page you need to click on the green 'Book a Viewing' button
You will then need to pick a time slot that suits you from the Vendors Calendar. The times displayed will match the vendor's availability - that doesn't mean they will always be available, so these options will be sent to the Vendor to select one and confirm the viewing. Nothing is agreed until the Vendor responds to this request.
Once you have chosen 3 slots and select 'Manage Viewings', you will be directed to your account to see the status of your current viewings.
When registering you need to provide an email address, contact details, and position on the market, as well as your financial position. The reason we take these details is for the protection of our vendors, however no contact details are passed across to them, only your name.
Once the Vendor has confirmed your viewing, you will receive a text and an email confirmation from us, just to let you know this has been confirmed.
If for any reason the Vendor has to cancel your viewing you will receive an email and a text message from us informing you of this, like the ones below.
To book a new viewing slot follow the link in the email and it will take you through the same process again to book a new viewing.
