After the viewing we will send a feedback request for the viewing, which is a short questionnaire to rate the property and to leave your thoughts. If no feedback is provided we will send a further reminder request, as feedback is incredibly valued by our Vendors.

The form will ask you rate certain aspects of the property, and then say if you wish to make an offer.
If you wish to make an offer it will open up a box asking you to input the offer amount, and some commentary around your offer if you wish.
If you don't wish to make an offer you will be asked if you have any further comments for the Vendor about the property. Anything you could provide to help the Vendor improve their chances of selling would be greatly appreciated.
Once you submit an Offer for a property a member of our negotiations team will put this forward to the Vendor for you, and contact you to verify what your current position is. Providing as much detail to us as possible is always appreciated, as it enables the Vendor to make quicker informed decision. Details such as whether you are currently selling a property and the details of that sale will be asked, as well as whether you are purchasing with a mortgage.
