Question: Will the 0% Finance option have an impact on my credit rating?
Answer: Shawbrook Bank Limited use information from your credit file to support their lending decision. They will provide regular updates to the Credit Reference Agencies including showing the loan as settled once repaid in full.
Question: If I choose the 0% Finance option, do I need to enter into a separate agreement?
Answer: Yes, you will need to enter into a separate facility agreement with Shawbrook Bank Limited for the payment of our fees. You will then pay Shawbrook Bank Limited as and when payment is due in accordance with the agreement.
Question: What happens to my agreement with Shawbrook Bank Limited if I have a complaint against Emoov?
Answer: If you have any issues whatsoever with Emoov, we will deal with them punctually and professionally. It will not have any impact on your loan agreement with Shawbrook Bank Limited, although where we provide any form of reduction, compensation or refund we will pay this to Shawbrook Bank Limited to reduce the amount payable by you.
Question: Can I cancel my agreement with Shawbrook Bank Limited?
Answer: You can bring your agreement to an end at any time by paying the fees due in full to Shawbrook Bank Limited. Please call Shawbrook Bank Limited on 0345 650 6290 to make a payment and quote your Loan Agreement Number.
