If you have a request for a brochure, either from the Vendor, or someone who is looking to view the property (or a solicitor at the point of sale) you should click the 'Send Brochure' button at the top right hand corner of the page.
This will bring up a box from which you can email out the brochure, unlike the old platform it will not send a copy to the Vendor unless that is who you are chosing to send it too.
You can search for Users to send it to from within the box, enter their name and it will auto populate the field or begin to enter their email address and it will do the same. Alternatively you can enter the email you want to send it too directly in the 'Enter Email Address(es) line. Please ensure if you are sending it to multiple email addresses these are separated by a comma and a space.
You can also select from the associated Users box, users who are associated with the property such as the Vendor or viewer or buyer to make it easier to locate relevant parties.
