After you have signed up with eMoov to sell your property, the below will explain the process you will follow through to selling your property.
A qualified local agent will contact you to arrange to take measurements, compile an indicative floor plan and to produce photographs for marketing purposes. You can book this visit through our HERO platform. An article explaining how to do this can be found here.
Please feel free to speak to the photographer regarding any particular aspects of your property that you would like photographed as they will be happy to accommodate your specific photography requests.
Please note: the photographer cannot discuss topics such as price, surveys etc., this should be referred to our Customer Support team in the office.
We will notify you when your draft advert is ready for editing and we will ask you for input.
We will provide a generic introductory narrative in respect of your advert. You can add in your own Key Features to personalise the wording or you can edit the property description so it is provides the best possible description of your property. Please bear in mind that we work closely with the research team at Rightmove and it is clear that, these days, the main focus of your listing as far as potential buyers are concerned will be the photographs and the bullet points primarily. Advert narratives are not read in isolation and are looked at after and in conjunction with the photos and the floor plan.
You can liaise with your eMoov agent or freely edit your advert and the documents via HERO.
Once you are happy with the content and your eMoov agent has approved the final content for your property advert, we will publish it to Rightmove, Zoopla Prime Location and a number of other Property Portals.
The viewings team will be in touch as soon as we receive any enquiries. We will take the following information from an applicant (potential buyer):
We will notify you and confirm all viewings via text and email. A copy will be sent to the viewer to advise them of your full address and to remind them of the appointment date and time.
It is our company policy to chase every viewer for feedback, which we adhere to, following every viewing. We will notify you of any feedback that viewers provide.
Additionally you can access the property performance report by login into HERO, which shows you the activity of your online listing.
YOUR DEDICATED SALES PROGRESSOR
Once you receive offers we will liaise with you and negotiate these offers on your behalf, taking into account the buyers financial and sale position and advising you how this is likely to affect you and your onward move. Once you accept an offer you will be assigned a dedicated sales progressor who will help your sale through to completion. This sale progressor will be highly experienced in the negotiation and progression process.
