The Invoice tab is where all of the invoices can be accessed from the system
The invoices tab give you the option to search by the postcode of the property or the first line of the address. This will bring up any invoices associated with this address. You can narrow this search down to the status of the invoice and also the date the invoice was created.
To view the invoice click on the 'View/Edit' button. This will take you through to the invoice itself.
Once you are on the invoice page you can see the details, such as how much was paid and the package chosen. You then have the option to either print a copy of the invoice or to send a copy of the invoice via email.
If you select to email the invoice you have the choice to select who to email it to from the list of Users associated with the invoice, or alternatively to put in a different email address.
Using the 'Print Invoice' button gives you the option to print the invoice or save it to PDF, to attach it to an email. When you are on the invoice itself click on the Print invoice button.
After clicking on the print invoice button this will bring up the print menu. To print the invoice ensure you have the right printer selected from the options then click the print button.
To save the invoice to PDF select 'Save to PDF' from the same printer drop down menu. Once you have selected this the button to print will change to 'Save', and it will open the save file menu. Choose where you wish to save the invoice too and it will be saved to this location.
