The next stage is to set your availability for viewings. These are the windows people can request to view your property and most viewers will select a few slots which work for them and you can then choose which time best suits you. Don't forget that you will also have the chance to accept or decline any viewings before they are confirmed, so try to set the range as broadly as possible to give plenty of options and encourage as many viewings as possible.
Choosing your date and times
To set the days and times you are happy to have viewings, you first select the tick box next to each day.
When you select a day the times to the right will then become available.
To select the 'From' time click on the time box under 'From' for the right day, and select the earliest time you wish to have viewings on that day, repeat this step under the 'To' time, and this will be your available times for that day.
In the below example, the viewing availability will be for Monday 18:00 to 20:00, Wednesday 18:00 to 20:00, Friday 10:00 to 16:00 and Saturday 10:00 to 20:00.
Setting the time frame for availability
Once you have selected the days and times you are available you will then have to decide for how long you would like this to apply. This is set as until further notice by default, however you can change this by selecting the box underneath the times highlighted below. You can also choose to have this for one week only, for up to four weeks or until a specific date.
Please note: Your availability can be changed any time from within your dashboard, so if you are planning to go on holiday for example but don't know when, you can change this when you know what dates you will be unavailable.
Save and continue
Once you have your availability and duration put in, click on the 'Save and Continue' button to save this and progress to the next stage.
