When an offer is made on a property, the applicant is required to provide a Mortgage in Principle along with proof of funds to cover the remaining balance of the contract price.
If the offer is accepted, the applicant is then requested to provide photo ID i.e. driving license or passport and proof of address i.e. a utility bill before it can be forwarded to the relevant legal teams.
In order to verify the documents above we will conduct a video call with the buyer. A dedicated case handler will arrange a convenient time for this, once the above documents have been received.
